Welcome!
My name is Samantha Lynn, founder of Wildflower Wellness.
Wildflower Wellness was born from a seed of hope, one that first took root in Illinois and transplanted itself to Rochester, NY, in a van I named The Wildflower. I grew up in a culture where the landscape was more barren than vibrant, where the paths were often clouded by struggle and a lack of inner connection. But that dry ground, as hard and unforgiving as it seemed, sparked something deep within me.
I knew and yearned for something more:
a life rooted in healing, growth, and peace.
Through Wildflower Wellness, I've dedicated myself to creating spaces where healing, connection, and personal growth unfold naturally. Places where, just like a wildflower after a rain, anyone can bloom into their fullest potential. Here, we foster self-compassion and expression, clear energetic blockages, and nurture your body with the wisdom of nature. Our offerings include a blend of Hatha yoga, Restorative yoga, meditation, Usui Reiki, and herbal skin and self-care to support your whole being.
At the heart of our offerings is an outdoor sanctuary, a peaceful space where you can reconnect with your wholeness. Surrounded by grasses, fireflies, and wildflowers in the summertime, we gather for yoga, meditation, soundbaths, and seasonal workshops. While we immerse ourselves outdoors during the warmer months, indoor classes are available during the off-season at community-focused locations like
Nu Movement and The Assisi Institute.
My path to offering you holistic care has been a deeply personal one, grounded in years of study and hands-on experience. Beginning in 2016, I explored the interwoven paths of holistic health, earning certifications in yoga (RYT-200hr), herbalism from the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine, Usui Reiki (Level 1 & 2) from The Purple Door Source, and horticulture from FLCC. I believe wellness should be accessible to all, which is why I offer sliding-scale options for most services, ensuring cost is never a barrier to care.
Beyond my work, I cherish time spent with my fiancé, our two cats, and in creative pursuits like music, art, and caring for the land. Nature is my sanctuary, and it is from this space of deep connection to the earth and its rhythms that I offer my heart to you.
In love and light,
Samantha Lynn
