Wildflower Wellness was born from a small seed.
One that sprouted from a passion for a more rooted life. One thriving with community, connection, and inner peace. Many of us were planted in landscapes where the soil felt rough or neglected, yet even so, a precious seed waiting to blossom quietly remained.
I believe that in rough soil, beauty can still bloom.
My name is Samantha Lynn, creator of Wildflower Wellness, my heart's offering to you. Guided by a deep passion for meaningful change, my path to holistic care has been shaped by practices that invite us back into relationship with nature, ourselves, each other, and the living world around us. Through certifications in Hatha and Restorative yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Usui and Holy Fire® Reiki, Herbalism, Horticulture, and additional training in mediumship, my work has become rooted in compassionate care—supporting personal growth, well-being, and helping to restore harmony within your physical, mental, and emotional landscape.
Wildflower Wellness exists to nurture that landscape.
Our holistic offerings include Holy Fire® and Usui Reiki, yoga, mindfulness meditation, sound healing, mediumship, workshops, Wholistic Herbals self-care, and community support. Depending on the season, you’ll find us practicing yoga outdoors in nature or within welcoming spaces like The Aligned Collective.
