The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items,
unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition,

Session and Class Cancellations
Canceling and Rescheduling Policy
Cancel or reschedule by notifying us at least 24 hours before your session via email:
Cancellations within 24 hours incur no charge; same-day cancellations are half price,
and no-shows are fully charged. If we need to cancel, we’ll notify you promptly to reschedule

Weather-Related Policy
For outdoor sessions, if a class is canceled due to weather,
you can choose between a full refund or transferring your booking to another date.
We’ll notify you via email about any weather-related changes.
