This complimentary 15-minute online consultation is designed to introduce you to Reiki, answer any questions, and help you feel comfortable with what to expect in a session. In our brief time together, I’ll walk you through the fundamentals of Reiki and the healing experience it offers. I’ll also give you a preview of what a first session may look like, including how the space is set up, the general flow of the practice, and what you might experience during and after a session. This is a chance to connect, share any intentions or curiosities you may have, and gain clarity on how Reiki might support your unique needs.
