As we all go through the day we need restful sleep. With myself my mind seems to wonder and constantly think beyond my control so it's hard to get a goodnight sleep but I use my mind to try to think of peaceful things like butterflies, waterfalls so I don't think negative or have bad thoughts and then I finally fall into that graceful sleep. So I have gratitude for my good thoughts...

I love what you shared, and I can definitely relate. Before bed there is extra space, and the mind can tend to wander—especially if there is a lot going on that hasn’t been sorted out. Visualization techniques are wonderful for getting your mind to a place of peace! Butterflies and waterfalls have such a soothing presence, even in our thoughts. 💗☀️
